Share a collection of tickets

Share a number of tickets — called a “collection” — with external parties. Add or remove tickets from that collection at any point.

External people do not need a Tickets account. They can open a public link to view the tickets.

Create a collection

Click your User avatar (top right).

Click Create.

Custom ticket groups that can be shared with other users

Create
Enter a name (and notes if you want), then click Save.
Add the tickets you want in the collection, then save / finish.

Share the collection externally

Open the collection.
Click Share public or internal.

Choose who you want to share this collection with.

Current users Share with authenticated Zamaqo users

External public user Create a public link and email addresses to share it to.
Enter the email addresses to share with, then send.

Recipients get an email with the public link. Anyone with that link can open it — only share with people you trust.

After you have shared

Reveal external link / Copy — copy or open the public URL.
Add/remove email addresses to public share — email more people.
re-send link — send the link again to someone already listed.
Revoke external share link — turn the public link off.

Add or remove tickets later

Add a ticket — you may be asked if you want to email previous recipients an update. Confirm to notify them, or add without sending email.
Remove a ticket — it disappears from the public page. No update email is sent for a remove.
